Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is a digital products company. We build, own, operate, and scale digital platforms, and we partner with companies to grow the value those products create. References to SGP, we, us, and our include our websites and products, including consumer platforms such as BathGuide.app, FloorGuide.app, WindowGuide.app, and DoorGuide.app.

You may use our websites and products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data at scale, or use them in a way that harms other users or our partners.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of a website or product at any time, including features and availability.

Some of our products help consumers make decisions by providing information, cost guidance, and connections to third parties such as contractors or service providers. When you request a connection through one of our products, you agree that we may share the details needed to fulfill that request with the relevant third party.

Third parties operate independently of SGP. We do not guarantee their work, pricing, availability, or compliance, and any agreement you reach with them is between you and that third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our websites or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the current version. Continued use of our websites or products after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
